What is Concurrent Users?
Total number of people simultaneously accessing or using the Moodle LMS.
How is “concurrent users” computed please, kindly clarify a bit more.
Concurrent users are the average number of users of the LMS who are active and online at the same time at any given moment of regular business hours. In the LMS, the online user block is updated every 5 minutes. You may enroll an unlimited number of users. For example, if you have a total of 500 users, you may add them all in the LMS, but if out of that 500 users, only 100 users will use the LMS at the same time, then you can avail the 100 concurrent users hosting package.
How long is the onboarding process, i.e. day or time to set it up?
The setup will usually take place 2-3 days, along with theme customization, putting SSL for the security of your site, and configuration of your domain name.
Do you provide contents for courses?
